Introduction to Pilates

New to Pilates? Our Intro Pass is the perfect way to begin your journey, giving you access to both Dynamic Mat and Reformer classes. The pass must be used within 7 days of your first booked class, so you can explore and find what moves you.

New to Reformer Pilates - join us every Saturday at 11am for our dedicated Introduction to Pilates class - designed specifically for new, local clients who are beginners or those recovering from a mild injury. This is the perfect starting point to build confidence, connect with your body, and learn the fundamentals in a supportive environment.

Beginner

A slower-paced, full-body Reformer workout designed to build a strong foundation. This class focuses on form, strength, and endurance, making it ideal for newer clients looking to gain confidence and progress safely.

Progressions will be offered for regular clients ready to challenge themselves.

Beginner-Intermediate

A dynamic, full-body workout with minimal breaks, aimed at building strength, endurance, and stability. These classes are scheduled frequently throughout the week, offering flexibility and variety.

Beginner-friendly with progressions provided to challenge all levels.

Intermediate

A strong, full-body Reformer class that incorporates props and resistance equipment to deepen your practice. Expect a focus on control, coordination, and strength to help tone and lengthen muscles. This level bridges the gap between Beginner–Intermediate and Intermediate–Advanced.

We offer a limited number of Intermediate classes weekly. If you’re at this level and seeking more options, we recommend joining Beginner–Intermediate classes and requesting progressions.

Age Strong Movement

A gentle, low-impact class tailored for those around 60+ or anyone recovering from a mild injury. Move confidently at a slower pace with a focus on flexibility, mobility, and balance. Enhance core strength and stability to support fall prevention and overall well-being - all in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Props are used to support joint health and comfort throughout the session.

Yoga

A grounding, breath-led practice designed to help you move with intention, build awareness, and create space in both body and mind. Expect a mix of mindful movement, stretching, and breathwork to leave you feeling centered and restored.

Suitable for all levels.

Radiant Body Breathwork

All Levels | 30 minutes

A short, powerful session designed to reset and recharge through intentional breathwork. Move through a guided sequence of techniques while seated or lying down, with gentle movement to support energy flow.

• Ideal for stress relief, clarity, and inner balance

• Enhances energy, focus, and emotional release

• A restorative class that reconnects you with your natural vitality

Pre and Postnatal

Thoughtfully designed to support your journey through pregnancy and beyond, these classes focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, abdominals, and back muscles. Move safely and confidently as your body changes, or recover and rebuild postnatally.

Babies are welcome in postnatal classes, as long as they are not yet crawling or walking.

Intermediate-Advanced

This high-energy Reformer class targets major muscle groups with precision and power. It’s a fast-paced, full-body workout designed to push your limits, elevate endurance, and enhance muscle definition.

Ideal for experienced clients looking for an advanced-level challenge. Minimal breaks and maximum results.

Private and Semi Private

For a truly personalised experience, our private and semi-private sessions are tailored to your unique goals - whether you’re starting out, recovering from injury, or deepening an advanced practice. Enjoy focused one-on-one attention or bring a friend for a shared session.

For semi-private bookings, we recommend clients of similar fitness levels to ensure the best experience.

Dynamic Mat

Our Dynamic Mat classes combine the strength principles of functional training with the precision and flow of Pilates. Each class is intentionally programmed to develop muscle tone, balance, coordination, and core stability, while staying grounded in mindful movement.

You’ll experience a weekly rotation of three distinct class formats:

PUSH

Focuses on the front of the body - including the chest, shoulders, triceps, and quads - to develop strength, stability, and posture. Expect controlled movements with powerful intent.

PULL

Targets the back of the body - working into the glutes, hamstrings, back, and biceps. Build strength and improve muscular balance with movements that lengthen and tone.

TOTAL TONE

A full-body session combining elements from both Push and Pull to deliver a balanced, energising workout. Ideal for clients wanting a well-rounded strength and Pilates flow.

All classes incorporate a variety of props to add resistance, enhance core activation, and deepen your connection to movement. These sessions are suitable for all levels, with layered options to meet you where you’re at and support safe, progressive challenge.
